Football!

It is well into football season now. Damn Cowboys losing yesterday! urg. We are watching the Steelers on Monday night footall right now. They are coming back. I won't hear the end of it. Whatever.

Today soccer practice...Peyton didn't do so well. She was too busy socializing and sitting in the middle of the field on her soccer ball while everybody else was playing. I asked her why she did that, she said, "I was busy Mommy". She told the coach she was tired. ha OMG It's going to be an interesting, entertaining and frustrating adventure I am sure. Otherwise, she is catching on ok. She just needs to work on paying attention.

Closing tomorrow! woo-hoo!

How about that stock market...OMG! We are losing our ass on our Textron stock!

I bank at Washington Mutual...the day the announced the buyout to JPMorgan...it was on the online banking page "Wamu customers..welcome to JPMorgan Chase." Oh geez. I hate this.

I am expecting things to be extremely slow the next couple of months. I think until the first of the year and things settle down, people aren't even going to think about buying or selling houses. There are those that will, but they are going to be few and far between. I just would like to get those I do have settled and closed. I still am looking for 4 of them...so hopefully they come through.

that's really all I have. have a good week.

Summer video

K...downloading this video now for the 2nd time. All I did is hit enter..and poof...gone! urrrggg! It's long, so it takes forever to download.

Finally sat down and did this video. I am getting better. It only took me a bit over an hour to do it. The first one took me like 3 hours. Hope you enjoyed it.

So, been several days...sorry. Been a busy week. Even the one day I took off, it was a busy day. The highlight of my week was "Peyton Day". I decided that on Wednesday I was going to take off from both jobs. I told Peyton that she and I were going to spend the whole day together. She was very excited. Of course, we had to go to our pizza place together. Cheap...decent, and Peyton loves it. So we went and ate pizza. Then (not really for peyton..but had to be done) went and got my windshield wiper fixed and dropped off some dry cleaning. Then it was off to the costume store. We pulled up and she said "Mommy, this is the same place we came last year to get my dorothy dress!" I was stunned. I said, "that's great Peyton, who was with us?" "Brian, Andi, Ashleigh and Addy was in Andi's tummy." FREAKED me out! Honest to God. I didn't know kids at this age really had much of a long term memory. That was a year ago for crying out loud! I barely remember that. Geez! Smart kid! I am telling ya. So she picked out an Aerial (Little Mermaid costume) Very cute. I got the dress and the crown. They had the shoes, the wand, the wig...no. Not spending 50 buck-a-roos on all that. She loves it. She says she is Dora Mermaid. Because there is a movie that Dora is a Mermaid that she loves, apparently more than Little Mermaid. I don't know. So after the costume store, (which is Party City by the way...ha) she and I got ice cream and then a diet coke. ha Weirdly enough, she does like ice cream, but she is not in love with it. She basically ate enough ice cream to eat most of the m&m's on it. But she loves to get diet cokes with Mommy, so that was another special treat. Then went and hung at Andi's for a bit and headed on to Cheerleading practice. She did good. Thanks Jessica!!!! Poor Jess isn't going to be able to do it much longer. She is 5 mos. prego. ha So it was nice to just be with her all day.

Not a greatly productive week on the real estate front. My short sale is still set to close on Tues. of next week. Showed one evening to the "let's go see every house under $90k" lady. Did our meeting at the office....etc.

The AC co. doesn't have any AC!!!! WHAT! Yes...no AC at the AC co!!! It broke. We are going to call another AC co to come fix it if Brian doesn't get on it!!! Not a fun 2 days sitting in a hot office. And Brian has no sympathy...he's on a hot roof all day so what does he care that Jess and I sweat our tushies off in the office. ha

What else happened this week....hum.....oh yes! Peyton started her soccer practices. She is the youngest on the team. She is on a team with mostly 5 year olds. There is even a 7 year old. You would never know it, because she is just as tall as the others. But you can tell when it comes to her skills. It is cute to watch. The coach kind of has taken her under his wing to help the youngest one out a little more. She keeps running up to the ball and putting her foot on it and saying "that's my ball". Then just stands there with her foot on it. The games should be REAL interesting. Steve and I are going to work with her a bit this weekend. I think it is a for sure thing that we have to work with her on the side just to keep her competitive with the others. But she really does lose interest in about 30 mins. Cheerleading...same way. But she does well. I am proud of her. She is so excited to go, so I am happy she is loving both of the activities.

Went to dinner with Mom and Jim tonight. Thanks for dinner Mom and Jim. Yeah..we are broke. Broke until at least Tues. when I get a freakin paycheck finally. But I have bills that didn't get paid with Steve's paycheck so that will be gone in a big-fat hurry. Oh well...can only do what we can do.

Tomorrow is Steve's company picnic. Peyton should enjoy it. Then going over to a friend from his work and my former clients that I sold their house in Watauga. Going to see their new house.

Other than that folks...enjoy the video and have a GREAT weekend!

a lovely Sunday

It was really a nice day. After the day I had yesterday...I will take it. I worked ALL day Saturday! From about 10 am to 7pm. Showing mostly. This girl found a house she loves, and said she thinks she is going to make an offer...then sent me 12 more listings via email tonight to look at!!!! WHAT! HELLO!!!! Found one! Come on! I have already showed this girl 20 houses ALL around the metroplex. She is KILLING me! whatever. She better buy something soon. ha

Today. We hung out at home until about noon and slept till 10 am! ahhhh! Got dressed and went to Potbelly's for lunch. Yummy sandwiches. Then off to Academy to get peyton's soccer shoes, shin guards. Then I got to thinking. What is this girl going to wear to practice. All she owns are dressess, because that's all I could get her to wear all summer. So I bought her 3 pair of athletic type shorts and 4 t-shirts. Didn't think about the clothing issue until then. And we needed another chair for Steve to sit and watch practice and games. I had one already. So we spent a good $80 that we didn't have on all of that. uggh.

Peyton has her first soccer practice tomorrow. She is so excited. She wants to do her "super soccer kicks" really bad! ha I have been working with her out back kicking around the ball. Mainly to get her used to not picking up or touching the ball. Which she is coming along good. It is still not second nature for her not to pick that thing up. ha Kinda funny. She gets frustrated. She enjoys it. She says, "Mommy, I'm busy. I have to sit down now." after about 10 minutes of that. Short attention span. Wonder what she is going to do on the soccer field.

Lately she has been telling me I'm sorry a lot. When she gets put in time out, and I get her out and talk to her about why she was in time out, she has to say she is sorry. So when we were at the store tonight, she was being a brat and I snapped at her. She started crying and saying, "I'm so sorry Mommy". "I didn't mean to be a brat baby." Me being upset with her is total punishment for her. She hates when I am upset with her. More than a spanking or time out, I think. She said when I put her to bed tonight. "Mommy I am so sorry I was being a spoiled brat baby today". I said, "It's ok Peyton. Let's try to have a better day tomorrow." She was acting liked a spoiled brat tonight because it wasn't enough that we spent $80 on all her soccer stuff, but then she got candy at the store, and a cool toothbrush. Then she complained because she didn't get ice cream and the pictures that I was looking at. So that's where she got that from.

After our shopping trip, I dropped Steve off to hang with the boys to watch football and Peyton and I went to RC's house to hang out there. We weren't allowed to hang with the boys. Whatever.

Alrighty then...another busy week ahead. Ya'll have a good week!

WHAT! A week!

Oh my gosh! I can't believe I haven't blogged all week. Sorry bloggers. It's been another hairy week at the York household.

So let's catch up, shall we. Steve...Steve..Steve...He is sick. Has been since Tuesday. He missed Tues, Wed. and today of work. He went to work on Thurs, but ended up at the dr. by afternoon. He has bronchitis, pharygitis (sp?), sinus infection and an ear infection. OY VEY! The biggest problem is he hasn't been able to sleep because his pharnyx is inflamed and swollen it is making like he has sleep apnea. Which he does have a mild case, but it was wayyy worse. He would snore.......not breath........and then wake up from lack of air. He would do this about every minute. I couldn't sleep because I was scared he wouldn't wake up in time for air. We tried every position for him to sleep. On the side, on the other side, sitting up, on his stomach! Goodness. So the dr. gave him a shot with steriods and something else. He is already feeling much better. Let's all hope he sleeps better too. By early this morning, he already was breathing better, thus sleeping better. Not much fun here. I am trying to stay well...Peyton has said she has a sore throat. Her voice is raspy and is coughing. But acting fine and no fever. I think she is ok. We all just need to get lots of rest and fluids and take our vitiminsto keep well. Not much else we can do. I don't have time to get sick!!! I know that!

My short sale! The one that I said in a previous entry wasn't going to happen! It's lookin' up folks! YIPPIE! All the liens got released by some miracle of GOD! We got an executed contract, and are due to close on the 30th! Everybody say a little prayer that nothin else comes up on this damn house. I am not discounting anything...because anything can happen between now and then, and I am sure something will. I just hope whatever it may be can be resolved in time. the 30th is the absolute drop dead date!

Wrote another offer on a house...twice, because I messed up. oy vey. I showed last night until 8pm. I am showing for a lease tomorrow, and showing the same person I showed last night again tomorrow. She's kinda driving me crazy. She sends me 10 listings at a time to go look at. You can get about 2 houses in an hour by the time you get there, look and drive to the other. So if that tells you how much time I am going to spend showing this woman. And it's only a home in the $80k range....so not much money for me. Whatever...it's something. Then I went tramping through the mud last night after I finally got home at 8:30pm. My listing I have across the street from me has water coming from the flower bed. There is a busted pipe or something in there. I couldn't find the location of it because it is so overgrown and was so dark. The owner had the water turned off today, and it stopped, but there is still a leak somewhere that needs to get fixed or she will need to disclose it.

Today, got up ran errands, met my friend for lunch with Peyton and her daughter, dropped Peyton at Andi's so I didn't have to drive across town to drop her off to steve at home (thanks andi) and made it to AAdvanced on time. Then went to andi's to pick her up and we all decided to go to Olive Garden. Went and picked up Steve and off we went. I couldn't eat much because I was still kinda not hungry from lunch. But it was good. Everybody picked on Steve because nobody wanted to sit by the cootie boy. ha Poor steve. hehe

Peyton starts soccer on Monday. Her first practice with Coach Scott. She is so excited. I just hope she is not getting sick and not be able to go. I would be sad for her. She asked me all kinds of questions tonight. "how many other kids will be on my team", "What is a coach", "is it a boy or girl", what color is my uniform", "will the other boys and girls have soccer balls like me", "I'M GOING TO DO LOTS OF SUPER SOCCER KICKS!" (That's from Dora the Explorer) ha Safe to say...she is excited.

I am tired! I had a client calling me at 10:10pm tonight! Out of line? What do you think? I told him it was ok, but seriously...would you call your Realtor at 10pm at night? I wouldn't. I didn't answer the first time at 9:45, and didn't answer again at 10:10 when he called. So I just decided to call him back so he wouldn't call again. I don't know....crazy. Whatever. I tell ya...it's a 7 day a week job, all hours of the day.

That's really it. Really it was a busy week, but I will take this week over last week. Last week was way worse. Tomorrow is promising to be busy. Have to meet up with the guy that called late tonight at 11am tomorrow to pick up his contract. Then floor duty from 9-1, showings from about 1pm to 7pm. Gonna be a long day. I better go to bed. I am going to need my rest. ha

I will not go a week before my next entry. Have a GREAT weekend peeps!

Weekend stuff

So, I guess i haven't posted in a few days. Let's see what I have from the weekend. Really, it was pretty uneventful. Here are some pics and a video clip from our Friday night. We went to Saginaw High School's Homecoming game.

Below: Ash boogies to the beat. so cute and great rythm

Below: Peyton strikes her usual pose

Below: Brit with her huge mum leading the band

Below: Syd with her mum from her little boyfriend. Isn't that the cutest!

Below: Peyton's favorite part..The cheerleaders

So the Friday night football game was fun. Lot's of drama to keep it interesting...the mum from the "new Boyfriend", while the old boyfriend showed up at the game too. Band Mom's gossip about how other mom's won't talk to other mom's because of this "boyfriend" issue.
Justin, who was the boy that got in a horrible car accident at the end of Aug., who is the "new boyfriend" to Brittany, came to the game. He was on the homecoming court, but didn't win king. He tried to sit in the stands and play his drum, but was having trouble remembering the music and was getting dizzy and had to leave. Poor guy. That was all too much for him this soon. But is still making a miraculous recovery. One lucky kid, I tell ya. He really is a sweet boy. He is very outgoing and very sweet, and I think really likes Brittany. He and Britt have been friends since he moved here their freshman year. They are also both going to Stephen F. Austin next year as well. They have a lot in common, and are a cute couple. Our whole family just loved Brian, Brittany's old boyfriend. He was a great influence on Brittany, smart and sweet. They are still very great friends, talk all the time, and spent some time together this weekend. I really do believe Brittany just wanted to not be tied down during her Sr. year. I don't blame her. Maybe they will find their way back to each other. Who knows.

Saturday...we were supposed to have Hurricane Ike come through here. It ended up going East of us, so we didn't get much in the way of rain or wind. I had appointments set up for Sat. but the girl I was showing didn't want to take her kid out in it, which was FINE with me. I needed the day off. It was nice. We just hung out at home, took a nap, and later went out to dinner with RC, Kevin and Sydney. That was it!

Sunday..I had a couple people to show. Worked from about noon to 4pm. I went and got my car washed in the AM on Sunday, and the damn thing ripped off my entire back windshield wiper! It had been damaged in another car wash that I don't frequent anymore for that very reason. So really, I wasn't too upset by it because it was damaged and now I get it replaced for free. haha

Today I have felt like I was walking in a fog all day. I think my head is stuffy or something. I don't know. I did take Nyqul last night and slept 9 hours, but I don't think it was enough. I went into work at C21 and called in sick to Aadvanced. Left C21 and came home and took a nap. And I already feel better. When I feel like I might be getting sick, I am the type that has to sleep, sleep and sleep some more, and then I am fine. So there will be more Nyquel any minute now, and am hoping for another 9 hours of sleep...at least. ha

Peyton is doing well. We have a new parent soccer meeting on Thurs. night, and she starts practice on the 22nd. First game, I think, is like Oct. 4th. I am excited for her to start. It will be a great time for her. We've been letting her play with her soccer ball, and now we can't find it. ugghh... Otherwise..she is being her usual self. Really, the last couple of months, she has been pretty good. Very few time outs...just the typical 3 year old type stuff. Talks too much, bounces around a lot, and is testing her limits with the words that she says..ie..."Butt" is her favorite word right now. "Tootie-stinky butt"..thats her favorite. ha Everything ends with the word, butt. Stupid..that's another one..but we are breaking her of that. Ashleigh has started saying the word "hate" a lot..and guess who has started that! Yes, Peyton. Thanks Ash! ha

Otherwise, not much else going on. Just trying to make it through the week until payday! Oy vey...we are broke this week. I need all 6 of my clients to make a decision and CLOSE! Momma needs a payday! ha

Have a good week, Ya'll!

Hola!

"Hola! My name is Dora, and this is my friend, Boots." K...I have read the Dora The Explorer book wayyyy too many times to my child. ha

Time is at a precious price right now. Most every hour of every day is scheduled. I am working with 6 buyers...count them....6! I have and am showing 5 of them just this week alone. It's good news, but nutts! Bad news is one of those buyers we have been sitting on a short sale for like 10 weeks...fighting problem after problem. It ain't gonna happen. There are huge amounts of liens on this house. Upwards of $20k. The title co. is still checking into it, and confirming that they are still active, but it doesn't look good. We went from a $2700 lient that he was going to take care of, to this. Big jump. So I am on the hunt for another house for him. I don't want to lose him as a buyer, so I better find something and fast.

Poor Peyton...was supposed to have cheerleading tonight...couldn't do that because of the rain. And then I found out there was a Homecoming parade for Saginaw High School...which Peyton talked about for months after it last year.....told her about it..and boom. No parade either. Rained out. We have had a lot of rain this week. Started Mon. night and hasn't stopped since. Then they are saying Sat and Sun. we are in for a huge amount of rain due to Hurricane Ike. Uggh. The rain makes me want to sleep..who has time though.

So the other day me and Peyton were in the car. She kept saying she was a big sister. I told her she's not because she doesn't have a brother or sister. She said "Mommy, can I pray to God for a sister or brother?" (we had talked about that the day before) I told her she could, and showed her how to pray to God. This is what she said (with my help)
"Dear God. I pray that you will bless me, my Mommy and Daddy with a baby sister in Mommy's tummy. Thank you, God for our blessings. In your name I pray, Amen." (I will have to record this because it's the cutest thing you have ever seen.)
After her prayer, she asked "Where is God" I said, "In heaven up in the sky. He watches over everybody in the whole world". She said, "Mommy, is he watching over my little sister." OMG! I started balling! "Yes, dear. He is watching over your little sister, wherever she may be." Does that not break your heart!!!!! It broke mine right in half. So every so often she crossed her hands and bows her head and prays to God for a little sister. Oy vey!

The amount of turmoil I am in over this is ridiculous. YES!!! I want another baby..I want Peyton to have a sibling. On the other hand...I want my job. My job is not kid friendly at all. You have to be able to pick up and leave in 10 minutes notice. I wouldn't be able to work like I am...thus not making money. (Not that I'm raking it in or anything..but it's better than nothing). We really can't afford another baby. It is going to cost $1k to TRY that one last ditch effort. If it works..then the medical bills we will have just to have the baby. We can't afford for me not to make money. But ya know, we said the same thing about having Peyton for years, and finally just did it. We had awesome insurance at that time, so we didn't have to worry about the med. bills, but we managed the rest. You just manage. Somehow it all works out. But I just don't know what to do. I have been on the fence for a good 2 months about this. So I just don't know. Part of me says that I have one more chance to have a baby, and the rest of my life to work. But..the fact still remains...we need that income. Daycare is not an option. Too expensive. I would never ask Nana or Andi to watch a baby. They are a lot of work. Plus, the first year is the best..I would want to be there for it. Ok enough of that. Let's just say...I am still on the fence.

What else....Oh...Peyton's earing/ear got infected. Yesterday, picking her up at Andi's, I noticed it was swollen. Looked and there was puss coming out. So it took me, Brian and Andi holding her down to get that earing out. And that sucker bled like crazy. Which I thought was weird. She was NOT a happy camper. So we cleaned it and we cleaned it. Tonight me and Steve put the earing back in. It looks a lot better, but there was like a blood clot in the hole where the earing goes. But if we didn't put it back in it would close up. Soooo....we put it in. It took a minute to get it in, but it finally slipped through. She was not a happy camper again. But she lived through it and got a piece of bubble gum for it.

So, I guess that's it. A couple of "rants" in this blog...but that' the kind of week it's been.
ps.....to answer a couple of questions....Steve is taking another religion class because he is attending St. Leo University. It is a Religious school. They require more religion classes than most colleges.
....I think auntie S was right....that cleaning freak out was PMS related. Steve said I am getting worse and worse about the house being clean, and that it bothers me more than it used to. I think he is right. But so far everybody has done good this week. House is still clean. ha I must have frightened them both into submission. hehehe My self incuded.
Ok...night.

A decent weekend

So it was a pretty nice weekend. Not too busy for once. Friday was pretty busy. I went home and collapsed at the end of the day. I got Peyton signed up for Soccer. She is soooo excited. She keeps asking when are we going to her soccer game. And she wants to do her super soccer kick. (She watches wayyy too much Dora the Explorer.) So we are counting down the days for her first practice. She doesn't have her first game until the 4th of Oct. That should be cute.

Then I took her to Andi's for the day, picked up a Pizza for her, me and my Mom, who was stopping by after her clinic appt. Shoved that down, ran to the office to pull properties for a guy I was showing in 10 minutes. Cut that down to the wire. Showed him for a couple of hours, raced him back to his car and headed to Haslet for my second job. Worked there, picked up Peyton from Andi's, came home and met Steve and went to eat some Mexican food with Steve's folks. Came home and it was already like 8:30. I changed to my pjs and was in bed by 10:30. For all that know me, know I had to be tired to be in bed before midnight on any normal night, let alone a Friday night. I slept for like 10 hours. It was a long week.

Saturday, had a showing at noon, previewed some lakefront properties for a client, had floor duty and done by 5pm. I was very irritable Saturday, and I decided I figured out why. Because of my messy freakin' house!!!! So I did a little flippin' out. Called a family meeting and handed out duties. Explained to my daughter and husband that if Momma aint happy ain't nobody gonna be happy! And that we all pinky promised to do better at cleaning or messes. Before going to bed at night each of us is to pick up after themselves before going to bed. So I was a woman on a mission. Steve and I picked up, Peyton was cleaning her rooms, Steve dealt with putting all our clothes away, and I sweat my ass off with the vacum cleaner hand tools cleaning the floors. Then broke out the vinigar and water to clean the wood floors. The tile had been done about a week ago, so I let those slide. We spent about 2 1/2 hours, and we still have a lot to do. But it was a great start. At least now if somebody were to drop by, I wouldn't be mortified by how my house looks. Fact is, I don't have time to play housewife. Yes, I could work a little harder by doing a little each day. But I do know this! I want my freakin' cleaning ladies back!! Unfortunately, our budget will not allow at this point. We spend a lot more on groceries and gas than we once did. Peyton's tuition, soccer, and all these little things that keep coming up drain or budget the fastest. But I am tellin' ya. Maybe not the closing I am having this month, but the next closing I have, i am having them come in and do a deep cleaning. It puts me in a bad mood to have a house that messy. My dogs don't help. With the dog who you can let out before you leave and as soon as you walk out the door poops on the tile. At least she hits the tile now. Only because I make it a point to close the baby gate to the carpeted area now. The other sheds all over the place and makes me feel like I have to vacum 2 times a day. uggh.

So anyway..off of my bitchfest now. After our cleaning whirlwind. Steve talked me into Gengis Grill. Not my favorite, but I did it for him. hehe (knowing I would want pizza again soon) Then to the grocery store. Fun Saturday night. That's like 2 times in 2 weeks we have done that. Today Steve and Kevin went to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the Steelers. uggh..here we go again. Me and Peyton met the other girls and kids at my Dad's to swim and eat lunch. We had a nice time. Didn't stay for the Cowboy game, but that's ok...I was able to come home and take a nap. ahhh!!

I asked Peyton what was the favorite part of her day. She said playing with Pop Pop. That was so sweet. That's pretty good. It even beat Steve taking her out in the backyard learning to play soccer.

That's our weekend in a nuttshell. Uneventfull. Saw pics of Brittany in her cap and gown for her sr. pictures. All I can say is OMG! click on the link to "My sister Rae Carol's blog" and go look at them. You can click on the picture to enlarge it. My goodness. What a beauty!

On that note...GO COWBOYS AND GOOD NIGHT!

A lot to catch up on

Been a few days. So unlike me, but has become a more frequent occurrance for me. Sorry. Life gets in the way sometimes.

So let's start with Peyton's first day at school on Tues. She did so well. As usual. She went right in, sat down and did her puzzles. Which are her absolute favorite. Really didn't care that I was leaving. She never had any problem, even when she was in the 1 year old class. About 1 to 2 times during the year, she will cry. Which has always puzzled me. ha She enjoyed herself and looks forward to going back tomorrow. She is not allowed to take peanut butter to class for lunch! This child has been taking peanut butter and jelly every tues. and thurs. since she was 1.5 years of age. She LOVES peanut butter and jelly. She told me, "No peanut butter, Mommy..only turkey, cheese sandwiches with Ranch. LOL Ranch. I never have given her a sandwich with Ranch on it. But Ranch is one of her favorite things, so I don't see why not. Not sure if I have any Ranch though. We will see when I get to that point. So we are off to a great start in the 3 year old class in Little Blessings school. You go Peyton! My little independent girl.

School girl

Ms. Independent

Straight to the puzzles.

Tonight she had her first cheerleading session with Mrs. Jessica. Peyton LOVED it! She so enjoyed learning how to do "rolls"..I call them summersaults. Did her first cartwheel. Which probably was better than I could do. I have never been able to do a cartwheel. Mrs. Jessica is a great teacher. She learned her first cheer. Got on the trampleline to do "big star jumps." They are actually called something else according to Jess, but I can't remember now. And then another jump, that I can't recall the name. I am sure jess will comment and remind me what the names are. ha I think Jessica enjoyed it as much as Peyton. But Peyton has the attention span of the 3 year old that she is, so lessons are kept to about 30 mins. Which I think is a great idea. We wouldn't get much more out of her. Thank you Jessica, for volunteering and teaching my baby how to be a cheerleader. We appreciate your generosity. You're awesome. And did I mention Jessica is like 20 weeks pregnant! Yes, and still has enough energy to do this. And let's not forget the 2 kids that she already has and the job. The girl has more energy than I have, that's for sure. Here are some pics and a video clip is at the bottom of this entry.

Rollin'

Straighten those arms

Stretch!

Otherwise...Steve has started his new sememster. He is taking another Religon class. Oh, how he loves it. It is a lot of writing papers and reading really boring stuff. Poor guy. Hang in there Steve, it will all pay off.

Me...work, work, and more work. Alright. Maybe not that much work. Tuesday was pretty busy at C21, but didn't have to go to my 2nd job. Today went into c21 office then off to my 2nd job. Came home, got Peyton changed and off to her lesson. So really, hasn't been too bad of a couple of days. Tomorrow Peyton goes to school. I have to go preview some lakefront homes for a client, go to C21 office, pick up Peyton, take her to Andi's then to go 2nd job.

I think we are pretty much caught up. Oh...yes. May have read on Andi's blog and I'm sure will be on RC's blog. But Brittany's best friend, Justin Canfield, was in a horrible car accident on Friday night. Was broadsided by a drunk driver while crossing an intersection over by Ash and Sydney's school. His brother was in the car too. Justin was careflighted to the hospital where he remains in the ICU with a brain hemorage. He is doing better, and shocked the dr.'s by his progress. Please keep their family in your prayers. If you live around here, the band (justin is in the band, and father is the band director) is doing a car wash on the corner ofBailey Boswell and Saginaw Main st. at the Valero to raise money for the family and their medical bills.
